What we are — and aren't
Founders
Jim Forsbom is a co-founder of Nordsek and is responsible for the comparison methodology and editorial standards. Nordsek Oy, founded in Espoo, Finland, compares financial products for consumers and businesses; its Finnish loan comparison runs on nordsek.com and Sinunpankki.fi. For the business comparisons on nordsek.eu, Jim owns the Nordsek Score and the principle that providers cannot buy that rating.
Robert Karjalainen is a co-founder of Nordsek and is responsible for engineering and data. He builds the comparison platforms and the daily and monthly checks that keep provider rates current.
Compare in your own country
Comparison happens where the products are sold. Each country site is written in the local language and lists providers licensed in that market.
