Nordsek Oy is a comparison and information service. It is not a credit institution, payment institution, insurer or investment firm and does not hold a licence for those activities. Providers reachable through the service are licensed and supervised by the competent authority in their country.

Disputes
Consumers in the EU may use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform. Nordsek Oy is not obliged to take part in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board, but will try to resolve any complaint directly first.
